Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days across India depending on the delivery location.
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping Charges:
- We offer FREE Shipping on selected orders/prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply if applicable at checkout.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with your tracking details to track your package in real-time.

Undelivered / Returned Packages:
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
