At Luxi Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We offer free return shipping, so you don’t need to pay any return charges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days to your original payment method.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
